The purpose of this phase is to provide delegates with the knowledge, competence and skills to set to enable them to maximise their achievement potential during the Industrial Phase.

The programme has recently been extended to facilitate the fellows’ closer involvement in their placement generation. From the beginning of the programme there is a half-day session each week so that the fellows can get involved with everything from refining their CV’s to enhancing their network of contacts to seeking out appropriate placement opportunities for themselves.

Cranfield Manufacturing Management Centre shares the effort of placement generation through the Alumni body, its own network of contacts and marketing. It is very much a dual responsibility.
