Paul has 17 years experience working for businesses that manufacture and supply products into the construction industry. During this time he has had experience in commercial, technical, production and operational roles giving him good all round business knowledge. He has held senior management positions and been responsible for prestigious multi million pound contracts.
For my 12 month placement I was placed at Airbus UK, Filton, Bristol. Where I worked with the Current Projects Team, whose role is to project manage all capital purchase over £10,000. The team is then divided between the three manufacturing facilities Wing Systems, Assembly and Integrated Machining Facility ( IMF). I was located in the IMF.
Andrew joined the Fellowship programme following fourteen years employment with Xerox gaining an Honours Degree in Psychology and an MBA along the way. His background is in electrical engineering although eight years ago he moved from his role of Product Development Manager to holding various business development, consulting and account management roles to blue chip companies in the Manufacturing and Financial Services industries selling and delivering business process re-engineering solutions.
Business Process Team Leader in the development and implementation of SAP R3 IT system to replace PRMS legacy systems. This involved the design, development, prototype testing, training, implementation and ‘go-live’ support of a £1M project.
Mike’s career history prior to this has been predominately involved in various production management positions within the fine organic and speciality chemicals sector. During this period he was involved in and lead process optimisation studies, de-bottlenecking activity and daily management of production and personnel in a £20M chemicals business within a £120M company
