| Erwin specialises in value-based management, with particular interest in the identification of the drivers of value, the measurement and management of performance and value and understanding the link between strategy and financial outcomes. His teaching, coaching and consultancy have included considerable work internationally, mainly in Europe, North America and Africa. A T Kearney, Aventis, Barclays Bank, Deutsche Bank, EDF, IBM, Merck, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Unilever are a selection of the companies with whom he has worked. |
