The In-Company Development
Phase:
Also referred to as the Industrial
Phase, this is a 12 month assignment
in a progressive manufacturing company,
with focus on knowledge transfer,
innovation stimulus and improved competitiveness.
Fellows are placed into roles carefully
selected to challenge their skills,
develop them personally and, importantly,
show tangible return for the host
company. They are assigned an experienced
industrial consultant to provide support,
guidance and advice.
This mentoring, combined with quarterly
workshops at Cranfield, enables Fellows
to achieve quite remarkable successes
for their host companies while stretching
their own limits.
This course leads to the award of
a fellowship. |
